Is your locker a mess? Does it have books falling out and your teacher is on your back about getting it clean? Well instead of loosing homework assignments and class work, we can save it on the new revolutionary Apple iPad 2! There are so many opportunities with the iPad. We as students could have a better learning experience. Here are some examples.
We can keep a clean school and cut back on paper with the iPad. The IT people who work at the school can pre-upload notebook apps for each class, upload our textbooks, and we can read fun books on the app, iBooks. We can take notes in all of our classes without having to worry about a pencil tip breaking or a pen running out of ink. We won’t have to break our backs with backpacks weighing in at ten pounds. Plus when we go to class we would not have to stop at our lockers or go through our backpacks when we forget a book. An iPad makes reading a whole lot of fun FUN!
Inside the lockers we can use little batteries and plug our iPads into the small energy source at lunch and recess. When we leave school we can do homework at home then email the work to our teachers. The next day the teacher can read off the names of the students who she received an email from. If your name was not called, and you know you did it, you would have an opportunity to look it up on your iPad’s memory.
Teachers are always harping on us students for not keeping the C.O.W. clean because of the power cords. So let’s cut the clutter and avoid these problems. It lets Saint Squad do more techy stuff at meetings instead of cleaning the C.O.W. some kids at our school who us the iPad. Sixth grader Cameron Ecclston says,”
I think the iPads could be a real success at Lumen Christi. Despite what others say this is a good idea. The only setback would be if a family had multiple kids.
